Stabilized solution based on decametoxine and hyaluronic acid has therapeutic activity. Additionally it comprises a stabilizer which is a pharmaceutically acceptable salt capable for dissolution in water and dissociation in aqueous solutions on metal cations and acidic residues anions, or a mixture of such salts.
