The method of protection and repair of building structures, including determination of damage zone, removal of dirt and brittle concrete and surface treatment, at that surface treatment in places of joints (seams) of structures through which the water is filtered is carried out by sequentially performing the following processing methods: cutting along the lines of the existing joint grooves with width 50-60 mm and 40-50 mm in depth and subsequent cleaning from dust and loose concrete particles, expansion of leak sites to form recesses and installing there plastic tubes with a diameter 7-10 mm, filling recesses with quick-curing waterproof grouting composition of type Akvafiks, filling the groove with fiber-polymer-cement repair composition of type Rapikret, cutting after curing of repair mortar plastic tube at the level of the outer surface and sealing it with the same composition, execution of a fillet (a smooth transition of surface of one structure to another) fiber-polymer-cement repair composition of type Rapikret, seam covering with flexible waterproofing compound of type Aquamat -2K with width up to 300 mm in two layers with laying to the first layer alkaline-resistant net. |
