Device for cleaning and resistance measuring of wire comprises a bath with a chemical reagent. Additionally it contains a swinging mechanism, the bridge for measuring of the electrical resistance and two mechanisms for annular cutting of insulation with blades for limitation of the reagent spreading along the wire. The blades are electrically connected by means of voltage source, circuit changer and a light indicator.
