A method of bowel intubation at bowel obstruction for bowel content evacuation provides antegrade nasointestinal intubation of the small intestine, under which the proximal part of the probe with tubes for glands inflation is cut off. Additional holes in the oral part of the probe placed in the lumen of the stomach are created. The probe is passed through the lumen of the small, and if necessary, the large intestine and its end is removed through a formed cecostoma or sigmostoma. |
