<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing the mixture of heterogeneous molten irons, which is introduced into a mold in molding facilities for continuously molding heterogeneous steels to reduce the mixture of the molten irons. The apparatus includes a jig having a surface extending in a direction of a width of the mold. The jig has a plurality of holes vertically formed through the jig and an insertion groove extending from an inner part of the jig to an edge of the jig and having an open one side. Therefore, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the jig can be inserted without transferring a turn dish and removing peripheral facilities installed above the mold. Therefore, when comparing with a conventional technology, the apparatus for reducing the mixture of the heterogeneous molten items can be simply introduced, so that the time required to introduce the apparatus can be reduced. Therefore, it is unnecessary to stop a casting operation, so that the process time of the casting operation can be reduced, and the productivity can be improved.</p> |
