The present invention relates to a method for testing the connectivity between strata during drilling. The method for testing the connectivity between strata during drilling according to the present invention is provided to test the connectivity between strata during drilling in a strata structure which includes a cap rock layer which is formed of an impermeable rock that cannot be permeated by a fluid; and an upper reservoir layer and a lower reservoir layer which are placed in the upper part and the lower part of the cap rock layer respectively, and are formed of a permeable rock that can be permeated by a fluid. The method comprises: a tool preparing step which prepares a drilling pipe composed of a double pipe, a bit, a first packer, a second packer, and a pressure sensor; a drilling step which forms a drilling hole by digging through so that the bottom and the first packer of the drilling pipe can be placed in the lower reservoir layer and the cap rock layer respectively; a sealing step which seals a measurement space where the pressure sensor is placed, by expanding the first and second packers when stopping the digging through of the drilling pipe; and a measuring step which injects a fluid into the lower reservoir layer through the drilling pipe and senses changes in the pressure of the measurement space through the pressure sensor.
