<p>The present invention relates to a method for culturing deer antler cells wherein at least one additive is selected from the group of L-glutamine, 2-mercaptoethanol, non-essential amino acid and HEPES((4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-peperazine-ethanesulfonic acid)), and at least one growth factor is selected from the group of insulin-like growth factor-1(GF-1), epidermal growth factor(EGF) and fibroblast growth factor(FGF) for forming a culturing medium. The present invention ensures remarkable improvement of deer antler cell growth, thereby ensuring mass production of deer antler cells.</p> |
