The method of suturing of hollow organs of digestion with incongruent surfaces by means of continuous-nodal Schmieden suture includes suturing of defect of incongruent walls of hollow organs with a long thread with needles on both ends by alternately sewing of incongruent walls with each thread end and its tying: pricking of the organ wall outside the defect so that the ends of the threads were at the serose surface, tie threads; then the wall of the hollow organ over the circumference is sewn in the direction of "mucosal tunic - serose" at a distance of 0.3-0.5 cm from the edge, and the wall with greater circumference is sewn, holding the needle parallel to the defect on the part of the serous membrane through all layers with the prick out at the reverse direction of the serous tunic; width stitch ranges from 0.5 to 1 cm; threads are tied again, moreover the previous node flows into the bowel lumen, and incongruent edges screw into and confront with serose tunic; last knot is tied outside the defect. |
