A METHOD OF RELIEF OF CHRONIC PAIN CAUSED BY LINGERING PERIPHERAL INFLAMMATION

摘要

A method of relief of chronic pain caused by lingering peripheral inflammation is based on intrathecal blockers of ionotropic glutamate receptors, moreover it uses a potential-dependent blockers of ionotropic glutamate Ca- permeable AMPA receptors of a new generation of IEM-1460 and IEM-1925 with the activation-dependent properties which allow to block only hyperatcivated AMPA receptors without affecting on normal physiological processes of the spinal cord and significantly reducing both thermal and mechanical sensitivity, thereby easing chronic pain caused by peripheral inflammation.
