The present invention provides a thermal deformation preventing device for cutting a rack material for a jack-up leg. According to the present invention, the thermal deformation preventing device prevents thermal deformation of the rack material caused by the high temperature when the rack material is cut to form a rack, a component of the jack-up leg. The thermal deformation preventing device includes: the rack material which is formed in the square plate to have the certain thickness and the size and is used to form the rack, a component of the jack-up leg, using a cutter; a cooling device which is provided to the surface of the rack material and cools heat that is resulted from the high temperature, generated when the rack material is cut by the cutter, and is transmitted to the rack material; and a pressing device which makes the cooling device closely contact the surface of the rack material using constant pressure.
