FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of farm industry, in particular, to a method for production of a fodder product with usage of brewer grains and Lesnov starter. The method is as follows: brewer grains are pressed in a separator till the moisture content of the produced raw material being treated is 50-60%; one adds a seed material based on bran and Lesnov starter in an amount of 4.5-5.5% of the weight of the raw material being treated; the mixture is biofermented during approximately 7 hours.
