FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: method of separation and concentration of organic substances by thermogradient pervaporation separation of liquid mixtures through a membrane by means of a device, containing reservoirs with a mixture to be separated and a coolant, a thermopervaporation module, which contains a flow chamber with the mixture to be separated, bounded from one side by a membrane selective with respect to the target component, a flow chamber with the coolant, bounded from one side by a solid condensation surface, a condensation chamber, located between the membrane and the condensation surface, passing through the thermopervaporation module, containing the target component, and pumps for circulation of the mixture to be separated and the coolant between respective reservoirs and the thermopervaporation module. As the permeate condensation surface used is a porous partition, with a pump for the coolant circulation being placed after the thermopervaporation module.EFFECT: separation and concentration of an organic substance from liquid mixtures in the absence of vacuum with an increase of the permeate flow and the factor of separation by the target substance.3 cl, 7 tbl, 36 ex, 2 dwg |
