FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: in a rolling casting machine there formed is a casting bath from molten steel containing 20-75 parts by weight of free oxygen. At rotation of casting rolls in opposite directions there formed is a steel strip that is subject to hot rolling and coiled at the temperature of 300-700°C providing for obtainment of a larger part of a microstructure in the form of bainite and needle-like ferrite. Molten steel contains the following, wt %: carbon - less than 0.25, phosphorus 0.01-0.15, manganese 0.9-2.0, silicon 0.05-0.50 and aluminium - less than 0.01. Steel can also contain the following, wt %: stannum - less than 0.03, nickel - less than 0.20 and copper 0.20-0.60. Hot rolling provides for mechanical properties at 10% and 35% of crimping within 10% for yield point, tensile strength and total relative elongation.EFFECT: stable mechanical properties of a hot-rolled steel strip.38 cl, 2 tbl, 6 dwg |
