FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, in particular to experimental surgery and neurosurgery, and can be used for studying mechanisms of progression and the clinical course of postoperative cicatricial adhesive epiduritis, as well as developing methods for the prevention and treatment of this disease in humans. Simulating epiduritis involves an approach to the lumbar spinous processes in Wistar male rats by dissecting the fascia, separating the paraspinal muscles, as well as performing an extended laminectomy. Before approaching the spinous processes, the rat's tail is separated at 2 cm from the tailset with suturing the tail stump. An intervertebral cartilage is separated from the dissected tail and fragmented; the prepared homogenate is immersed into a sterile normal saline. The extended laminectomy at the Llevel is performed by a resection of the spinous process and cutting out a part 3×3 mm of the vertebral plate; the yellow ligament is resected, and the dura mater is exposed. The prepared homogenate of the autologous intervertebral cartilage is placed on the surface of the dura mater, and the wound is closed. The histological signs of epiduritis are stated on the 15experimental day.EFFECT: method provides the short-term high-quality, long-lasting simulation of epiduritis by specifying the spinal level and creates conditions for a chronic autoimmune inflammation.2 ex, 1 tbl, 5 dwg |
