Apparatus for laser holing in transparent materials comprises a laser with a power supply and a laser pulses counter, a focusing lens with a conical nozzle and a pipe branch for gas supply. It is provided with a canister filled with spherical particles of a refractory material, and a mechanism for supply of the particles in a form of a disk with holes of different diameter, mounted on the output of the step motor shaft. Canister is connected with the gas supply pipe. The step motor is connected to the output of the pulse counter, the second output of which is connected to the laser power supply. |
