A method of prediction of fracture nonunion includes clinical examination, radiography, determination by means of PCR of polymorphism of genes of MTHFR C677T, eNOS T786C, levels of CRB and free oxyproline. Fracture nonunion is predicted in case of the presence of homozygous carriage of the Tallele 677TT, C-allele 786-SS, and if SRB>6 mg/l, and free oxyproline 12-14 micromole/l. |
