摘要 The present invention relates to a steam generating apparatus including a primary heating tank (3) that heats supplied water in advance under an atmospheric condition; a high-pressure pump (5) that pressurizes and pumps the water heated in advance in the heating tank (3); secondary overheating tanks (7) that re-heat and evaporate the heated and pressurized water which is pressurized, pumped, and accommodated by the high-pressure pump (5) by using an overheating heater (15); and a tertiary overheating tank (9) that produces dry steam by re-heating wet steam supplied through a steam transport line (33) from the secondary overheating tank (7) by using an overheating heater (21) and supplies the produced dry steam to a customer (20), in which the secondary overheating tank (7) includes a water injection nozzle (18) so that the heated and pressurized water pumped by the high-pressure pump (5) is injected inwards. The heated and pressurized water that is supplied to the secondary overheating tank (7) is injected in a particle state by the high-pressure water injection nozzle (18), and thus time and energy consumed for changing raw water to the wet steam through evaporation can be reduced. Because operations of secondary overheating tanks (7) can be selected individually, a steam output amount can be adjusted with ease. In addition, re-binding between the wet steam of the secondary overheating tank (7) or the dry steam of the tertiary overheating tank (9) and condensate water is prevented by a separation membrane (16) and condensate water production is minimized while the condensate water is re-evaporated by a separation heater (19). Accordingly, performance improvement can be significant.
