<p>According to the present invention, a plurality of cutting grindstone blades, each having a grindstone outer blade, are arranged on an outer circumferential edge of a large plate on a thin plate disk or a thin plate doughnut disk on a rotational shaft at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction of the rotational shaft; and an inlet to introduce a grinding fluid is formed on one side and a plurality of slits corresponding to the respective cutting grindstone blades are formed on the other side. A rare earth magnet block is multiple-cut by rotating the cutting grindstone blade while introducing a grinding fluid fed from the inlet to a cutting fluid feed nozzle, and jetting the grinding fluid from the respective slits in a state where each of the outer circumferential portions of the cutting grindstone blades is inserted into each of the slits of the cutting fluid feed nozzle using the cutting fluid feed nozzle having a configuration wherein the outer circumferential portion of each of the cutting grindstone blades are able to be inserted into each of the slits. In multiple-cutting of the rare earth magnet block, highly precise cutting can be rapidly performed by efficiently feeding, to a cutting position, a small amount of the grinding fluid when compared to that of the related art.</p> |
