The present invention relates to a cutting device for an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet. The cutting device for an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet according to the present invention comprises an upper cutting part and a lower cutting part. The upper cutting part comprises: an upper shaft rotated by a first gear in a first direction, and having a constant length; upper cutter supporters arranged in the longitudinal direction of the upper shaft at constant intervals while surrounding the upper shaft; and upper cutters protruding from the end of the upper cutter supporters while having a disk shape. The lower cutting part comprises: a lower shaft rotated by a second gear engaged with the first gear in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and arranged in parallel with the upper shaft while having a constant length; lower cutter supporters arranged in the lower shaft at constant intervals to face the upper cutter supporters while surrounding the lower shaft; and disk-shaped lower cutters attached to one surface of the lower cutter supporters. The present invention slit-cuts an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet extracted from a roller at constant widths in a state where the upper and lower cutting parts are positioned to allow the end of the upper cutters to come in contact or overlap with the end of the lower cutters.
