The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus with a dehumidifying function, which can prevent damage of a circuit due to moisture by mounting a dehumidifying member to be fitted to a housing of the lighting apparatus in a slide type. The lighting apparatus includes: a substrate on which an LED lamp is mounted; a housing in which the substrate is mounted and a transparent cover is mounted on the front; a fixing plate which contains an adhesive layer on both sides, wherein one adhesive surface is bonded to the lower surface of the substrate and the other adhesive surface is bonded to the bottom of the housing to fixedly install the substrate thereon; and the dehumidifying member including a dehumidifying agent on the inside of a casing which is fitted to a concave groove formed in the side plate or the upper plate of the housing.
