FIELD: transport, distribution.SUBSTANCE: proposed dispenser comprises frame, unloading flute equipped with adjusting shutter and accumulation bin arranged there above and secured at stationary support. Unloading flute is oscillated by three-phase linear induction motors. Secondary element of three-phase linear induction motors is composed by spring-loaded rod rigidly coupled with unloading flute and arranged on drive side. Operation of three-phase linear induction motors is controlled by control system with its input connected with AC three-phase circuit. Winding of three-phase linear induction motors is connected with motor control system output. Secondary element of three-phase linear induction motors is composed by spring-loaded rod rigidly coupled with unloading flute and arranged on drive side.EFFECT: simplified drive, decreased weight, sizes and costs, adjustable oscillation frequency, higher reliability and efficiency.1 dwg |
