Disclosed is a membrane humidifier for a fuel cell comprising: a manifold in which exhausted air of a fuel cell stack enters and exists; a hollow housing including an inlet and outlet where outdoor air enters and exists; a hollow fiber module installed in the housing and exchanging moisture between the exhausted air and the outdoor air; a partitioning plate installed to be movable toward the longitudinal direction of the housing for which an internal space of the housing is divided; and a moving means moving the partitioning plate toward the longitudinal direction of the housing and regulating a moisture space where moisture is exchanged, wherein a flow path groove in which air can move is formed on the lower part of the partitioning plate.
