Provided are a donor substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device. The donor substrate, according ton an embodiment of the present invention, includes a base material layer which includes a device region and a sealing region surrounding the device region; a transfer assisting layer which is arranged on the base material layer and includes a first uneven part located on the sealing region; a transfer layer which is arranged on the transfer assisting layer. The first uneven part is formed on one side of the transfer assisting layer in contact with the transfer layer.
