<p>The present invention relates to a Bibimjang (seasoning sauce) composition containing coloring materials having a unique flavor ingredient. More particularly, the present invention relates a method for preparing a Bibimjang composition having five colors and five flavors, the composition being characterized by including anchovy soup, a first raw material, a second raw material, and a third raw material, wherein the method for preparing the Bibimjang composition includes the following steps: removing viscera of dried anchovies, pouring drinking water, and boiling to prepare anchovy soup; mixing the first raw material previously prepared with the anchovy soup, heating and boiling down the resultant; and mixing and heating the second raw material and the third material having a unique flavor component, which is a material for coloring. The present invention provides Bibimjang having five colors and five flavor which stimulates appetite, has good taste, and good for nutritional and health function with colors and flavor of natural materials.</p> |
