<p>PURPOSE: A seawater pipe cleaning device is provided to remove dead sea creatures using a pig which is made of an expendable ice ball made by freezing water and discharge the pig through the tip end of a cleaning target pipe without collecting the pig. CONSTITUTION: A seawater pipe cleaning device comprises a water tank (10), a high pressure pump (20), a Y-shaped insertion pipe (30), and a control unit (40). The high pressure pump takes a poisonous liquid (Lq) from the water tank to supply the poisonous liquid into a cleaning target pipe (1). The insertion pipe is filled with a pig which is manufactured using a pig molding frame. The insertion pipe is formed with a pig inlet (31) protruding to the outside in order to discharge the pig using the water pressure of the high pressure pump.
