PURPOSE: A message alarm hosting system for application programs of a portable terminal and method thereof are provided to enable a message push server to transmit messages to a user terminal based on the identification information of the user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal management unit(330) stores the information of a user terminal by receiving the information from the user terminal. The user terminal includes application programs. A transmission message management unit(340) receives a message related to the application programs from a developer terminal. The transmission message management unit searches the user terminal including the application program matching with the message. A message transmission unit(350) transmits the received message to a message push server. The message push server matches with the searched user terminal.
