<p>The present invention relates to an air-conditioning/heating system using a regenerative heat pump for building structures which can cool and heat large buildings, such as townhouses, apartments, studios, and buildings, using air heat and solar energy from the atmosphere, and geothermal heat from the underground. A solar energy source and a geothermal heat source are connected to a complex regenerative tank (5) from a solar heating collector panel (2) and a horizontal earth-coupled loop (9) of the building structure to circulate the energy to a main integrated heat exchanger (1) supplied by energy from an air heat source. Cold water and hot water cooled and heated by the main integrated heat exchanger (1) are circulated to cold water/hot water regenerative tanks (4) (3), so that the hot water is circulated to the hot water regenerative tank (3) after the hot water is fed from the hot water regenerative tank (3) to a unit heater (15) installed at each floor of the building structure (100) for the purpose of heating, and the cold water is circulated to the cold water regenerative tank (4) after the cold water is fed from the cold water regenerative tank (4) to a ceiling cooler (8) of the building structure (100) for the purpose of cooling. The pipelines of the regenerative tanks (3) (4) (5) and the main integrated heat exchanger (1) are connected to a spiral tank (26) to eliminate alien substances and scale. Each floor of the building structure (100) is provided with a sensor (10) which is connected to an integrated controller (E) to adjust the temperature and humidity of the indoor and perform remote monitoring and automatic control by ventilation.</p> |
