The present invention relates to an apparatus for coloring Korean paper. The apparatus for coloring Korean paper, according to the present invention, comprises a coloring container where raw materials of Korean paper including crushed Broussonetia kazinoki SIEB fiber from Broussonetia kazinoki SIEB, water, and a dye for coloring the raw material of Korean paper, which are injected via an opening unit formed on the upper apparatus, are mixed; a rotation plate which is fixed and installed on the lower end of the coloring container and has a rotation axis to rotate the coloring container; and a rotation motor which is connected to the rotation plate with a belt and is allowed to rotate the rotation plate. In the present invention, the bottom floor is inclined not vertical for the rotation axis of the rotation plate.
