摘要 The present invention relates to a spring pad for a hollow coil spring, and more particularly, to spring pads interposed between a bottom surface of a hollow coil spring and a lower seat and between a top surface of the hollow coil spring and an upper seat, respectively, which are used for a vehicle suspension apparatus. The spring pad includes an insertion part inserted inside the hollow coil spring and a spring seat part formed outside the insertion part to support the bottom surface or top surface of the coil spring, in which a protrusion corresponding to an end of the hollow coil spring is formed on a top surface of the spring seat part and an insertion shaft inserted into a hollow part of the hollow coil spring to seal the hollow part is formed on the protrusion. The hollow part is sealed to prevent corrosion due to moisture since the insertion shaft is formed on the protrusion of the spring pad corresponding to the end of the hollow coil spring and inserted into the hollow part so as to prevent foreign substances from being introduced into the hollow part of the hollow coil spring. The process time is reduced to increase productivity as an assembly process is skipped when an injection molding is directly performed on the hollow coil spring, and strong durability is secured since the spring pad is more exactly fixed to the spring and not separately manufactured and assembled to the spring afterward. Furthermore, a protrusion in a longitudinal direction formed on an outer circumferential surface of the insertion shaft according to a length of the insertion shaft is closely attached to an inside of the hollow part, and a plurality of ring shaped protrusions having a side cross section of a half moon or crescent moon shape in a direction of inserting into the hollow part is formed on the insertion shaft to prevent the insertion shaft from being easily separated from the hollow part, thereby sealing the hollow part and preventing foreign substances from being introduced to the hollow part.
