According to the present invention, a flat surface based three-dimensional facility can be converted into an earth spherical surface based three-dimensional facility using a simple method which rotates and moves the flat surface based three-dimensional facility in accordance with an earth spherical coordinate system, thereby reducing time and costs caused by conversions to an earth spherical surface three-dimensional facility as well as utilizing an existing flat surface based three-dimensional facility.
