<p>An air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an outdoor unit allowing a refrigerant to exchange heat; an indoor unit exchanging the refrigerant with the outdoor unit, and conditioning indoor air; and a power receiving unit receiving power adjustment signals providing grades for power usage degrees, and transmitting grade signals, which represent the grades of the power adjustment signals, to the outdoor unit or the indoor unit, wherein the outdoor unit or the indoor unit receiving the grade signals outputs control information controlling the operation of at least one of the connected indoor units based on the grades of the power adjustment signals.</p> |
