This disclosure relates to a method of acquiring and processing a medical image characterized in comprising: a step of acquiring first to n^th split images for first to n^th areas starting from one of the first to n^th areas through non-sequential sectional-image acquisition different from sequential sectional-image acquisition which is defined by sequentially acquiring from the first split image to the n^th split image from the first area to the n^th area or sequentially acquiring from the n^th split image to the first split image from the n^th area to the first area; and a step of sequentially arranging the acquired first to n^th split images.
