<p>Disclosed are a parking control method and an apparatus to perform the method. A method to control a vehicle operation comprises a step of: (1) collecting situation data when a vehicle runs to determine whether or not the vehicle is in a dangerous situation; and (2) controlling the vehicle operation when the vehicle is determined to be in the dangerous situation. A double parked vehicle without a driver can run without damage.</p> |
