Disclosed are an internet auction system and an internet auction method thereof, which are capable of giving a monetary benefit according to an auction to a non-winner as well as a winner by reducing a competition of the auction. For this purpose, the internet auction system comprises: an applicant management module which manages an entry of applicants when an auction dealer who purchases a point, enters in any auction room and applies for the auction by using the point; a person number check module which determines whether the number of the applicants who enter in the auction room is equal to a set number of person; a bidding price determination module which determines a bidding price for a product auction at a prescribed discount price lower than a normal price; an auction progress module which starts the auction from the discount price in a random manner when the number of person is filled up and the discount price is determined, and confirms the winner and non-winner of the applicants; and a point redeposit module which re-deposits the point by giving back the rest point to the non- winner, except for a commission from the point of the non-winner. |
