The present invention relates to a device for attaching decoration on a garment without damage on the decoration. More specifically, a decoration container is formed on a right side of a body, and a chip container is formed on a left side of the body. The decoration is guided by vibrations of a guide to be mounted on a support of a middle head. The chip is transferred by the guide to be mounted on a chip hole of a lower head. When the decoration is located on the support and the chip is located on the chip hole, a punching device moves down and holds the decoration while the support is pushed by force of the punching device moving down. The decoration freely moves down and collides with the chip exposed in the chip hole of the lower head; a pin of the chip is inserted into the decoration; and then decoration is attached on the garment. Therefore, the decoration can be precisely and rapidly attached on the garment without damage on the decoration. |
