The present invention relates to a valve assembly that is capable of reducing an explosion risk by an additional fluid discharge path and a pressure rice pot provided with the same. The valve assembly according to the present invention is a valve assembly in which a fluid in a sealed space communicates with the outside via a first path and a second path so that pressure in the sealed space defined by a body remains below a predetermined pressure. The valve assembly includes an opening and closing means that is positioned on outlet sides of the first path and the second path, closes the first path and the second path when the pressure in the sealed space is equal to or lower than a first pressure, opens the first path and the second path when the pressure in the sealed space exceeds the first pressure, and opens at least the second path when the pressure in the sealed space exceeds a second pressure; and flow rate control means that closes the second path or opens the second path to allow a first flow rate when the pressure in the sealed space is equal to or lower than the second pressure and opens the second path to allow a second flow rate higher than the first flow rate when the pressure in the sealed space exceeds the second pressure. According to the valve assembly and the pressure rice pot provided with same of the present invention, the explosion risk can be reduced by the additional fluid discharge path, foreign substances that may block an inlet of the additional fluid discharge path can be naturally removed, and stable pressure control can be performed. |
