The present invention relates to a system for reducing sludge using a metabolic uncoupler, the system comprising: a bioreactor operating a biological treatment process by which sewage and waste water flow in; a precipitation tank receiving treated water from the bioreactor and operating solid and liquid separation; and sludge reducing tank receiving sludge separated through solid and liquid separation in the precipitation tank, inputting the metabolic uncoupler, and reducing sludge.
