<p>Disclosed is a live-line detecting system for an excavator. The live-line detecting system includes a live-line detecting unit installed on one surface of the excavator to detect a live line approaching a bucket; a first communication unit positioned within an area where the live-line detecting unit is positioned, to transmit a detected signal outputted from the live-line detecting unit to the exterior of the live-line detecting unit; a second communication unit positioned inside or outside a cabin of the excavator to receive the signal transmitted from the first communication unit; an alarm unit positioned inside or outside the cabin of the excavator to notify a worker of the detection of the live line if the live line is detected by the live-line detecting unit; and a control unit connected to the second communication unit and the alarm unit, and installed inside or outside the cabin of the excavator to control a start device of the excavator. If the control unit is input by the signal from the second communication unit, the control unit operates the alarm unit, and controls the start device of the excavator immediately after the alarm unit operates for a few minutes, thereby stopping the start of the excavator.</p> |
