The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing molten irons and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing molten irons comprises: a circulating fluidized bed reducing furnace for circulating a charged iron ore raw material through a first cyclone and a re-circulating line, and manufacturing reduced iron; a first reduced iron transferring pipe connected to the re-circulating line to directly transfer the reduced iron to a melter-gasifier by distributing and discharging the reduced iron; a second reduced iron transferring pipe connected to the re-circulating line to transfer the reduced iron to a bubbling fluidized bed reducing furnace; the bubbling fluidized bed reducing furnace connected to the second reduced iron transferring pipe to reduce the transferred reduced iron more; and the melter-gasifier for selectively receiving the reduced iron through a third reduced iron transferring pipe connected to the re-circulating line to supply reduced iron through the first reduced iron transferring pipe, or connected to the bubbling fluidized bed reducing furnace to transfer the reduced iron, and manufacturing molten irons by melting the supplied reduced iron.
