The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device which has a tightly sealed structure and includes: a lower electrode arranged on a substrate; a first separation wall which protrudes more than the upper surface of the lower electrode; and a second separation wall which is arranged on at least the upper surface of the first separation wall and has a cross section in the shape of a reversed taper. The second separation wall includes an inorganic material of low temperature viscosity transition (LVT) including tin oxide.
