<p>PURPOSE: A joint flange for a refrigerant pipe of a vehicle air conditioner, which can be securely combined with a body part of a different material using a planar pipe, is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by removing a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A joint flange for a refrigerant pipe of a vehicle air conditioner comprises a male and a female joint flange, an inlet hole(12), and a connecting member. The male joint flange is combined with a pipe(P1). The inlet port is formed at one side of the male joint flange. The female joint flange is combined with the inlet port through a combining hole. The connecting member maintains the bond of the male and female joint flange. The male joint flange comprises a pipe and a body part(30). The body part surrounds the outer circumference of the bent pipe. A body part is connected to the pipe through a side hole.</p> |
