The present invention relates to a method for preparing a calcium silicate-based compound derived from a calcium solution using a sol-gel process, and more specifically, to a method for preparing a calcium silicate-based compound derived from a calcium solution using a sol-gel process, which comprises the steps of: preparing the calcium solution after stirring limestone with strong acid and then filtering the mixture; dissolving a dispersing agent, the calcium solution, a catalyst, and an organic silicon compound in consecutive order in a solvent, and then preparing the mixture solution; preparing a wet gel after gelling and aging the mixture solution; and drying and thermally processing the wet gel.
