THE WIDE PC GIRDER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a wire girder employing a one-way mushroom construction structure. The present invention is integrally mounted on the stigma of a single or dual layered phase pillar to enable a PC slab to be quickly and reliably assembled in one way. The wide girder is formed to have a E-shaped longitudinal cross-section to be used as a mold and a support for concrete placement. Accordingly, the present invention can minimize the amount of required precast concrete (PC) to reduce the manufacturing costs. Also, PC steel wires are embedded in the E-shaped cross-section to enable the wide girder to be built without supports. The present invention ensures outstanding structural integrity when assembled with all types of slabs including double-T slabs, halo-core slabs, half slabs, and ribbed slabs to secure excellent resistance in the downward direction, thereby significantly enhancing the structural safety and construction quality.
