The present invention can determine whether a random access channel is transmitted or not by inspecting the channel status of a forward direction link when a wireless communication terminal transmits the random access channel. Only considering a simple power allocation method for transmitting the channel adaptive random access channel in an existing technique, the performance is not optimized. Suggested is an optimized power allocation method for a channel adaptive random access channel. |
