Disclosed are a bidirectional advertisement video matching system and an operating method thereof. According to the present invention, the bidirectional advertisement video matching system includes a content providing server selecting pre-stored advertisement content based on a network accessed by a mobile terminal during the duration of a call request signal and then providing the selected advertisement content to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal accessing the bidirectional advertisement video matching system through an advertisement content application transmits or receives the call request signal; and a database server storing the advertisement content by network which is accessible for the mobile terminal. The network accessed by the mobile terminal is determined based on a network accessed by a neighboring mobile terminal.
