<p>PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a network service are provided to enable a service manager to divide whether a network service is abnormal according to each detail step of the network service, thereby managing the service for each customer. CONSTITUTION: An abnormality information collector(100) collects abnormal information from each device of a network service providing system. A configuration database unit(300) stores information about a detail step of a network service scenario. An abnormality information converter converts the collected abnormal information into detail procedure information of the network service scenario.</p> |
