Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a panel assembly including a plurality of pixels; a plurality of brightness measuring units which are arranged around the panel assembly and measure the brightness of light emitted from the pixels; and a processing unit which detects the degraded pixel among the pixels by comparing the bright data measured in the brightness measuring units and compensates the degraded pixel.
