A scroll input method of a touch panel according to the present invention comprises: a prior determination step for enabling a position operation unit to determine a touch position on a touch pad; a first determination step for determining a direction of a first drag when the touch position is in a scroll area, and performing a scroll function to correspond to the direction of the first drag when the direction of the first drag corresponds to a length direction of the scroll area; and a second determination step for determining the direction of a second drag which is connected to the first drag and is inputted and maintaining a current scroll direction when the direction of the second drag has a vector component of a vertical direction with the direction of the first drag.
