Disclosed is a pressure-resistant bulkhead door device of a submarine, which minimizes encroached space in a restricted space within the submarine to improve habitability and effectively copes with water pressure applied when submerging to promote safety of crewmen by changing each of a structure for installing and opening and closing a door disposed on a pressure-resistant bulkhead and a water tight structure coping with bidirectional water pressure. The aforementioned pressure-resistant bulkhead door device includes a door frame (14) installed in a dual partition form with respect to a pressure-resistant bulkhead (10) of the submarine; a sliding type pressure-resistant door (12) installed to be openable or closeable with respect to a space formed by the door frame (14); and a sealing member (16) installed for watertightness between the pressure-resistant door (12) and the door frame (14).
