<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing hot pepper paste comprising a step for preparing a fermented Codonopsis lanceolata extract and sugared Codonopsis lanceolata; a step for preparing a beef bone broth by putting beef bones in water after draining the blood therefrom and then boiling; a step for preparing a braising syrup by boiling starch syrup, apples, pears, garlic, ginger, and cinnamon; and a step for mixing the ingredients by stir-frying garlic and ginger with cooking oil and adding hot pepper paste and beef and then stir-frying together, followed by mixing with the beef bone broth and braising syrup and boiling, then mixing with the sugared Codonopsis lanceolata and fermented Codonopsis lanceolata extract.</p> |
